Healing the South
In the 1950s, there was a tendency to promote American history as patriotic and perfect, while ignoring the prejudices and social fallacies of the era. Nowadays, however, it's the other extreme, with "Woke" agendas attempting to shred American history and focus only on the fallacies, with the intent on destroying American heritage and creating a whole new "Woke" culture.

TPC seeks to be honest in its approach to history-telling, and Healing the South is a section dedicated to exploring, and exposing, the ungodly aspects of the South, like slavery, segregation, and the Confederacy.

But not as a means of destroying history and heritage. As a means of healing the wounds of the past.
​
Learning from history means learning from the Providential parts, as well as the negative parts. History is a combination of God's story and man's fallibility, as well as God's continual story of forgiveness and restoration.
